Let’s give a warm welcome to Jaime Pietak, the latest addition to the All Point Retail team! Jaime is joining us as a Project Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her impressive career in the world of retail.
Jaime hails from the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia
She has an extensive background in the retail industry, having worked for Bed Bath & Beyond for 17.5 years and Blockbuster Video for 11 years before that. At Blockbuster, she started as a CSR, then progressed to Store Manager, District Trainer, Internal Auditor and, finally, District Manager. At Bed Beth and Beyond, she went from a Dept. Manager to District Operations Manager to a Project Manager, where she spearheaded the Gift Registry re-write project. Seeking to broaden her skill set, she then transitioned into a Business Analyst role on the eCom team and later became a Sr. Financial Analyst, where she oversaw IT ecommerce budgets. Afterward, she worked as a Sr. Project Manager, contributing to the eCom Transformation project. She is now eager to apply this rich retail experience to benefit our clients!
What drew Jaime to All Point Retail?
She couldn’t hide her enthusiasm when asked this question. “What excited me most about joining All Point,” Jaime shared, “was the opportunity to bring all of my cross functional experience to All Point. I feel like I have dipped my toe into a lot of areas within the retail realm, which gives me extensive expertise and best practices to help our clients be as successful as possible.”
As she steps into her role as Project Manager, Jaime is eager to make an impact
Her immediate goal is to have a successful rollout on her first few projects over the next couple weeks! Looking ahead, she is jazzed about introducing some new process enhancements and establishing a standardized approach to our project management program. This includes standardizing documentation, determining the essential project artifacts, and establishing accessible repositories for all team members. Her goal is to foster a cohesive environment that promotes mutual success and the sharing of achievements among our team. We have full confidence in her ability to make it all happen!
Beyond her impressive career, Jaime has a fun side too!
Jaime’s fun fact? She played baseball (not softball) until the age of 13 on an all-boys team, excelling as an all-star pitcher and shortstop! She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, her dogs, and her friends. In addition, she’s known for whipping up some amazing cheesesteak sliders and other delectable treats! And as a Philly sports fanatic, you can bet she’ll bring that same level of passion to her role here.
