All Point Welcomes Three New Employees to the Team!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of three new talents to the All Point Retail team! Please join us in welcoming William Giron, Anton Lanakievm and Jacob Moss!

William Giron

William Giron joins All Point Retail as our new Desktop Implementation specialist. Originally from Colombia, William has spent the past 15 years in the United States, bringing with him a wealth of experience in IT healthcare. In his new role, William is responsible for ensuring that all devices are set up for seamless plug-and-play functionality, providing our clients with hassle-free technology solutions.

William is particularly excited about the opportunity to work directly with new clients and traveling to meet them. This role not only allows him to apply his technical skills but also to engage with clients on a personal level, which he finds immensely rewarding. This year, William aims to obtain certifications in Network and Asher, and he is determined to grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of his professional pursuits, William has a passion for soccer and video games, which provide him with a perfect balance between work and leisure. His technical expertise, combined with his enthusiasm for client interaction, makes William a fantastic addition to the All Point Retail team.

Anton Lanakiev

Anton Lanakiev brings a rich and diverse background to his new role as Tier IT Engineer at All Point Retail. Originally from Bulgaria, Anton moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of seven. He spent 19 years there before living in Sarasota and Colorado.

Anton’s journey in IT is marked by his extensive experience, covering everything from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support. He is excited about the comprehensive troubleshooting responsibilities this role entails, ensuring that one person is on point to handle it all.

What attracted Anton to All Point Retail was our vibrant and fun company spirit. Despite not knowing much about the company initially, he was impressed by our supportive environment and the close-knit nature of our team. He appreciates the opportunity to know everyone personally, which he believes is crucial for building rapport and making a significant impact. Anton hopes to grow into a Sys Admin role this year, leveraging his past experiences with brands like Best Buy, Red Robin, and Green Zebra Cafe. His background in financial services and computer consulting has equipped him with substantial customer-facing experience, which he is eager to bring to our clients.

Outside of work, Anton has a passion for deep learning technologies and blockchain. He has honed his skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras through academic ventures with edX. Anton is always on the lookout for stimulating interactions and is keen to connect with peers in the IT, deep learning, and blockchain sectors. In his free time, he enjoys flight and space simulators. Anton is also inspired by Bob Proctor’s teachings and the Law of Attraction from The Secret, which have shaped his positive outlook on life.

Jacob Moss

Jacob Moss, our new Tier 2 Engineer, hails from Port Charlotte, where he was born and raised. Jacob has had a passion for computers since he was young and is thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead at All Point Retail. In his new role, Jacob is at the forefront of support, handling a variety of technical challenges.

What excites Jacob most about joining our company is the chance to step up and expand his horizons. Having primarily worked in the insurance sector, he is eager to broaden his career experiences, particularly in networking. Jacob’s enthusiasm for technology extends beyond his professional life. He enjoys home labbing, setting up his own servers, and exploring smart home technology.

Jacob lives by the mantra, “Nothing changes if nothing changes,” which reflects his proactive approach to both his career and personal growth. His dedication and technical acumen are sure to be invaluable assets to our team.
